nectar LMS is designed for use in complex administrative structures. Thanks to its multi-tenant capability, multiple institutions, departments, or offices within a district can be managed separately while still operating on a central platform.

If a user is assigned to more than one tenant, they can easily switch between tenants via a dropdown menu. Users with super administrator rights have full access to all tenants.

Each organisational unit has its own learning environment with individual course offerings, role permissions, and participant quotas, while all tenants benefit from a unified system.

This ensures full control over responsibilities and access rights – with maximum efficiency through a shared technical foundation.

Integration with SSO & Interfaces

The nectar LMS can be seamlessly integrated into existing IT landscapes of public authorities. Secure and convenient login processes are guaranteed via single sign-on (SSO) and the Microsoft Azure connection.

Thanks to REST API, SCORM, LTI, and xAPI, the platform is fully compatible with external applications and existing systems. This allows you to connect HR software, ERP solutions, or other specialist applications without compromise and ensure consistent, efficient processes.
