With “Necti”, our integrated chatbot, learners and administrators receive round-the-clock support with their questions. Necti is embedded directly into the nectar LMS – both in the learner and administration areas – enabling questions to be answered immediately within the learning environment.

The Learning Buddy uses AI support in the learning area to help students question the content of courses, clarify questions, and search for specific information. The Learning Buddy can be specifically trained with the content of the respective courses and thus provides helpful answers in the appropriate context. When answering a question, the Learning Buddy can provide a link to the corresponding learning unit so that learners can immediately delve deeper into the subject matter. Each answer only takes into account the content to which the respective learner actually has access.
